Haven Books Ltd is registered for VAT purposes and the registration number is 925939973.
The supply and sale of Goods and services by Pandora Books is subject to the following standard Terms and Conditions:
GENERAL
In these terms and conditions “The Company” means Pandora Books. “Goods” mean the Goods covered by our invoice or order and “The Customer” means the person(s) or establishment shown on the invoice order as being liable to pay for the Goods.
PAYMENT & PRICES
Prices are as stated on the www.pandorabooks.co.uk website and are quoted in UK Sterling. Payments are accepted in UK Sterling only.
Credit card payments will be authorised and claimed via the secure Worldpay system. Payments made by credit or debit card at www.pandorabooks.co.uk will appear as ‘Haven Books’ on bank and credit card statements.
Payments made by Paypal at www.pandorabooks.co.uk will appear as ‘Haven Books’ on paypal statements.
For orders placed by invoice, payment is required 30 days from receipt of invoice.
The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts accruing on a daily basis from the date the payment is due until the date on which payment is received as cleared funds. The rate of interest charged will be equal to 4% above the prevailing Barclays Bank PLC base rate.

Whilst we make every effort to hold prices, we reserve the right to amend them without notice. Pandora Books reserves the right to substitute component parts of collections with books of equal value and subject/ genre relevance without prior notification.
VAT REGISTRATION NUMBERS
Pandora Books is a division of Haven Books Ltd and is registered for VAT purposes. This registration number is clearly noted on invoices issued where applicable.

TITLE
Ownership of the Goods will remain with The Company until payment has been received in full, for all debts owing by The Customer to The Company, in cash or cleared funds.
The Customer will ensure that the Goods are securely stored, protected from damage and insured. Until such time as payment is made, The Customer will hold all Goods supplied as agent for The Company.
Where payment for the Goods remains outstanding beyond the due date, The Company shall have the right to enter upon any premises of The Customer where the Goods may be found, for the purpose of recovering possession of the Goods. The Customer agrees to pay The Company all costs of repossession.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you do not have to keep it. Please just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange collection from your school. If you have simply changed your mind we may make a charge of £5 per box of books to cover the cost of arranging collection (available to UK Customers only). Books must be returned in mint condition so please make sure they are stored and packed up carefully, ideally in the original packaging. In the rare case of the goods arriving in faulty condition, there will be no charge for collection, but please do let us know as soon as possible when they arrive and in any case within 28 days in order to be eligible for return.

The Company will use its best endeavours to supply Goods within 5 working days. However, The Company shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever suffered or caused through late delivery or non-delivery.
All orders will be supplied carriage-paid to the delivery address shown on the face of the invoice.* Risk of loss and/or damage (but not title) to Goods supplied by The Company will pass to The Customer upon receipt of delivery.
The Customer must make notification of short or over deliveries to The Company, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of Goods. The Company will not issue credits for any claims of short deliveries or accept returns of over deliveries which are notified to The Company outside this period.* NB: Free delivery applies to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands, please contact us for a quote if you need delivery outside these areas.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery charges will apply for international orders and you will be quoted a delivery price once we have received your order, postage is charged according to weight. All international orders are on a proforma basis and so we will despatch your order once your invoice has been paid in full, so credit card and Paypal options are not available at time of order placement for international customers.
WEBSITE PROMOTIONAL & VOUCHER CODE REDEMPTION
Promotional and Voucher codes must be used before the stated expiry date. Promotional/ Voucher codes applicable to a promotion are valid for one use only, unless otherwise stated. Offers are valid only at www.pandorabooks.co.uk and not via telephone, fax or catalogue or any other means of ordering from Pandora Books unless explicitly stated. Promotional and Voucher codes are not available for use when ordering via an ‘Agent’. We reserve the right to withdraw offers at any time. Offers are made subject to availability. Only one voucher code can be used per order. Multiple voucher redemption against a single order is not permitted. Pandora Books reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for cash used in the original purchase once the discount is applied, less any shipping costs charged on the original order. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any shipping costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return – you should place a new order using the original promotional code. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the promotion code will be deemed to be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value, less any shipping costs charged on the original order, will be returned to the customer. In the event of any returns meaning that the order no longer qualifies for the promotion advertised, Pandora Books reserves the right to deduct the value of the offer from the refund. In promotions where there is a free or half price item when purchasing multiple items, please note that the discount will be applied to the cheapest item.
Redemption codes should be entered at the checkout where the applicable discount will be applied or in the event of ordering by other methods when applicable the code must be clearly stated at the time of ordering.
WEBSITE Prize Draws
To be in with a chance to win the advertised prize participants need to visit our website and no purchase is necessary. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents. Employees of Haven Books are not eligible to enter. All entries must be within the specified period and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. Pandora Books may ask you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs although you are under no obligation to do so. Details of the winner will be available four weeks after the draw dates by sending an SAE to Pandora Books, Oldmedow Road, Hardwick Industrial Estate, King’s Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 4JJ. As the promoter, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of Pandora Books as the promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Clearance and sale items are exempt from the free plastic jackets and free stickers offers.
