Floppy’s Phonics Fiction: Phase 2

From the experts at Oxford, Floppy’s Phonics Fiction books are designed to give children the practise and reinforcement of the phonics they are learning in the classroom. Six fiction books are expertly written by leading  author, Roderick Hunt, to perfectly match the phonemes and graphemes introduced in Phase 2 of Letters and Sounds and Pink book band level. The books include inside notes for parents and teachers with Say the  Sounds  – a list of sounds that appear in the book for practise, Sound the words – a list of words that appear in the book to practise and revise, and a list of common words that children may find hard. For After Reading – children  are encouraged to complete an activity and to look back over the text.
