The new Pandora Books website now offers responsive web design to ensure that navigation of the site is optimised for desktop, tablet and smartphone therefore, allowing you to browse whilst on the go.
You can now browse collections, view individual titles and purchase both within the same transaction via a simple one-page checkout where voucher codes can also be applied. A secure payment gateway will ensure that your details are safe when processing credit or debit card payments online. Customers also have the option of completing online order forms for offline transactions.
Once registered, all customers can login to their customer account pages where you are able to view your transaction history, amend delivery address, view products you may have tagged or product reviews you may have made. There is now also the opportunity to build a wishlist of products which you can then share with colleagues via email.
If users need help you can choose from a range of Help options including FAQs, an email enquiry form and Online Chat where you can have a live conversation with our Customer Services team between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
We have also developed a forum where you may discuss topics and leave suggestions or ideas for future products. This is something we strongly encourage in order for us to keep on being a quality educational supplier that meets your needs as a teacher.
