Our Seaside Holidays collection for KS1 History helps children to develop an understanding of the contrast between places and cultures over a period of time. The books in this collection have been chosen to encourage discussion about the contrast between 'old' and 'new' in relation to familiar situations and surroundings, and helps them develop an understanding of chronology.
