Ordering is easy - We're here to help.
We accept all major credit or debit cards (excluding AMEX) on line, alternatively for educational establishments we can offer an 'on invoice' service, simply enter your purchase order number at the checkout to receive a formal invoice with your goods.
Returns Procedure
If you wish to return your books to us, please notify us, in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of your order, stating the reason why you wish to return them.
We will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number, which you must quote on all Returns documentation. Credits will not be issued for unauthorised returns.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will check the items returned against the Returns Authorisation detail, and in the case of faulty goods, we will issue a Credit Note, and will refund any items wrongly delivered which have been returned in their original,unpacked condition.
We reserve the right not to issue a credit for items that have been used or damaged by The Customer.
