Good customer service is something we pride ourselves in at Pandora Books, and it’s also something we work hard to maintain and improve.

So with that in mind, it’s always really good to receive feedback from our customers, especially when it is so positive!

Recently we received feedback from Helen Jarvis at West St Leonards Sussex,  who emailed us regarding our helpful assistance and speedy delivery.

Helen also provided suggestions for new collections, which we were also thrilled to receive.

Widening and furthering our collections and offerings to schools, is also really important to us and so any suggestions are always greatly received.
